Overpriced. They also charged me for a pants hemming, then did not hem the pants. Also, the items I took in weren't cleaned well.
Avoid!
Being new to the neighborhood, I was excited to find a dry cleaner a block from my new home. But this place is crazy expensive ($8 for a pair of pants, $6 for silk knit top, $5 to launder a shirt). It looks dodgey from the outside, and isn't much more pleasing inside. I was planning to drive to my old dry cleaner since I was having a hard time stomaching the prices, but I gave in and dropped my enormous pile. I met the owner and asked him why his prices are so high. He explained that business has dropped off since kids today spend their money on Starbucks and Ipods, and because the chemical supply company has raised it's prices. He even pulled out the history of chemical rates to show me. I'm sorry for him and everything, but I am inclined to go elsewhere strictly based on price. However, he did a great job cleaning my clothing, and he is just around the corner.

I was really excited about this place when I realized it was on my way to work. That excitement is gone.
I dropped off a pair of pants, a shirt, and a dress to be dry cleaned. They charged $20 and they took four days (maybe they should be called Four Day Cleaners). Their hours aren't great for my schedule... they open after I leave for work and close before I am home. My husband went to pick up my dry cleaning for me and the lady that works there fussed at him for not having the ticket and then only gave him two pieces of my dry cleaning so he had to go back. Their organization system of keeping all purchases in a spiral isn't working for them.
Oh and it's cash only.
I don't recommend this place.
My boyfriend goes here because it's close to our house, but it's not that good. They don't do a great job with women's shirts or cashmere sweaters and the prices aren't competitive with my typical dry cleaners. While I don't typically judge dry cleaners by decor, I do expect a level of cleanliness, since their job is to clean clothes! The place is dark and while it might be clean, doesn't look it whatsoever, which gives me pause about their ability to care for my clothes. Also, it took more than 4 hours (4 days to be precise).

I'll confess that I'm probably less then discerning about the finer details of dry cleaning, but for being able to actually turn it around in 4 hours they get my vote.
"Um, oh, thats tonight? And I'm supposed to have a clean shirt? With like buttons and stuff? Hmmmm"
1 star off for not being open Sunday (letting me down in a time of need here!)

This place is expensive and unfriendly. It charged me $17 for a men's suit, and $3.50 to launder a single shirt! Its prices are not clearly posted, making the prices that much worse when you are shocked by the bill at pick-up. Given all the competition with reasonable prices nearby, have your clothes dry cleaned and laundered elsewhere.
