andy h... you probably shouldn't review anyone if you can't even remember whether they are the dry cleaner you went to or not.
never had a bad experience with these guys.
Are you guys kidding. I am not sure if this is the dry cleaners I took my curtains to on Guerrero but I was so overcharged to have them made shorter is was laughable. I asked why it cost so much and I was told hemming a curtain botton was difficult work! Seriously, are they kidding. You cut the bottom, fold the hem, and sew away. That easy. I"ll try Martinis as this point on Divis.
Super-friendly, reasonable prices and best of all - on the way to the bart in the a.m. I had a friendly conversation with the owner and when I came back to pick up my clothes, he actually remembered my stuff within having to give him my ticket!
They have a really cool, antique cash register.
*Cash Only & closed on Sunday/Monday*

family owned small business that really meets ones expectations after reading all the other reviews. reasonable prices and very friendly couple will hem and repair clothing, wash, and dry clean. I picked up some clothes with my dad and he and the man working began chatting about having kids, next thing they were giggling and talking so much I thought they were going to exchange numbers! good stuff.

I've been taking my dry cleaning here for years. Not only are they really nice - they do a great job. Quality service at quality prices. I even took my wedding dress here to be cleaned and they cleaned and repaired my favorite leather jacket. I've lost my ticket a few times - not a problem though.

Pros: clean, fast, nice couple who runs the place, cheap
Cons: inconvenient parking, they don't take credit cards
I would normally give this place 4 stars because of the cc and parking issues, but when I went in the other day, the gentleman in front of me didn't have enough cash to cover his dry cleaning tab (he was $2 short), and the women let it go - he also promised to come back later in the day to pay them back. Years ago, this might have been unremarkable for neighborhood places, but I've heard horror stories of people who couldn't get their credit card run because they were 2 cents short the minimum purchase price, etc. I love the customer service here... changing my review from 4 to 5 stars.

One block from my apartment, this is now my dry cleaner hot spot. They are a really nice family running the joint and I'm guessing it looks the same in there now as it did in the '70s. I brought in a suit and my favorite jacket to be dry cleaned and they fixed them up nice in just two days! And they have this sweet old school cash register, which means they only take cash.
And a word to the wise, they're closed on Mondays...

Great price. Great job on the dry cleaning. Great to have in the neighborhood.
Note:Weird hours on Saturday. Not opened Sunday or Monday. They only accept cash (greenbacks). Pedestrian (ie 'hood) worthy (never any parking around).

This is still my favorite place to do laundry, or rather have someone do mine. Really nice family who runs the place, I've been going there since 1998, but only changed after moving out of the Nission in 2004. Great for dry-cleaning too.

Been taking my dry cleaning here since I moved to Albion in 01. Now I live in Potrero Hill but I still make the trek. Collars are always perfect and the family is so friendly. Orange is my favorite color and I think I have that in common with the proprietor who is ALWAYS wearing an orange shirt. Love it!

I used to live 2 blocks away. I found the service consistent and friendly from 88-06. I would drop off on saturday and pick up during the week.
Been going here for years despite having my own washer & dryer. I love getting my clothes neatly folded and wrapped -- in the 6 years that I have lived in the city, I have yet to do any ironing because of this place. The owners are friendly, prices are great, and alterations done well and timely.

They do a good job. They have never ruined my clothes or brought them back late. What else can you ask for?
