My friend Kate got married there. The weather was a little dreary but the wedding was LOVELY. The food was very good and the flow of the event seem to go well. If you are curious to see photos there are some online at  http://tinyurl.com/2oq8tz

Actually her question was from 18 months ago.  Since then they've had 3 kids and divorced.  She's singing Karaoke with a group of blonds with "too big" disguise glasses in NYC, he's living in a school bus in the Yukon

We actually did get married at Barr Mansion in October.  It was perfect.  Deanna, my best friend got married at Laguna Gloria and it was really beautiful.  It was pretty cold during her wedding so we didn't get to take advantage of the outside as much as she would have liked.  Good luck!
