Does anyone know of pubs with dart boards in San Francisco? As well as wanting to play darts while enjoying a pint now and then, I'd like to know where the dark, musty, timber-laden pubs are. Happily, the two seem to go hand in hand.

The Albatross Pub in Berkeley (http://www.yelp.com/bi...) has a pretty good dart room, and its dark and timber-laden, like you want.  They also have a cool quiz night.  It's not exactly in San Francisco, I guess.

I like Irish bars like An Bodhran or The Chieftan.

Kilowatt is my favorite place to play darts. Shabby old dart board, crappy darts and really hard to read chalkboard for scoring. Add drinking to that and you got yourself a hell of a cricket match where it's anyone's game.

If you want dark, musty and timber-laden w/ darts, you should try "Red Jack's" on the end of bay street.   It also has a juke box that sports some 80's tunes.
